Richard Pozzey – Managing Director/Owner
With owning a variety of Hospitality outlets including restaurants/function centres and hotels since 1982, Richard has quite a few cards up his sleeve. Past State President of the Restaurant and Caterers Association of Qld and recipient of “Hall of Fame” Salute to Excellence Award, his extensive hands-on experience in all areas of the industry allow for the best outcome every time. In fact, he is often referred to as the walking, talking industry dictionary!
Jennifer Pozzey – Owner operator
Fulfilling the role of Administrative Manager, Events Co-Ordinator and Sales, Jenny’s impressive experience extends to operating and managing a variety of hospitality businesses since 1982, and still answers the phone with a smile on her face. In partnership with Richard the Pozzey team are invaluable!
Jayson Manners - Executive Chef
Recently returning to the Australian shores after years of working in London where he held positions ranging from eclectic casual dining venues through to 5-star hotels, Jayson brings eighteen years of professional cooking and kitchen management experience to Culinart. Adding to his passion for fresh produce and exceptional presentation, his colossal experience and refreshing ideas add a touch of art to every dish.
Michael Petts, Events/Operations Manager
In addition to Michael’s impeccable people skills and happy go lucky charm, he holds two degrees in Hospitality Services and Management. Michael has held Management and Supervisory positions in high profile establishments such as Sheraton and Stamford Hotels. After three years at Culinart Michael prides himself as the company’s comic relief to which we agree!
Bianca Williams – Marketing and Business Development/Events Co-Ordinator
As a recent addition to the Culinart team, Bianca brings extensive hospitality, event management and marketing experience. Her passions lay in relationship building, unique concepts and achieving customer satisfaction which she strives to achieve at every given opportunity.with a hearty chuckle!
Leading a friendly, professional and reliable team of chef’s, food and beverage stewards you’re guests will be served by experienced and charismatic staff on every occasion.
We can help you with everything including florists, decoration, entertainers and all equipment required. We will set-up everything and leave the venue spotless! You can relax, enjoy your function and leave all the hard work to us.
