Alsace Infiniti Polo 2016
The annual Polo event is hosted at the Alsace Polo Fields in the Veresdale Mountains and attended by hundreds of guests. The event is renowned for the thrilling polo but guests have also come to expect an afternoon of fine food and wines. A superb three course ‘Restaurant’ quality lunch is served partnered with beautiful quality wines. In the months leading up to the Polo Day, Culinart Catering work closely with the owners of Alsace to select an amazing array of delicate food with superb flavours. The feedback we receive is always positive with great comments like, “You can always tell how great the food is by all the comments and compliments offered up by the guests on the day and afterwards, it would not go amiss to say that EVERYONE enjoyed their meals”.
Culinart Catering sets up all the infrastructure the day before including temporary kitchens in old stables and garage areas. The whole process is fine-tuned and now comes together each year without a hitch. Tables, ovens, sous vide machines, equipment and coldrooms are all bought in and are operational within hours.
Our experienced Food and Beverage Service staff enjoy the atmosphere of the day so much, they request year after year to work this particular event.
